Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
To ensure the highest level of service, this policy is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in the denial of future appointments.
Exceptions & Enforcement
While I understand that emergencies occur and certain cancellations are unavoidable, waiver of a cancellation fee is at my sole discretion.
Cancellation fees must be paid on the same day the appointment is cancelled.
Appointments are scheduled weeks or months in advance and your reserved time is valuable. Please honor your appointment to avoid penalties and fees stated in my policy.
Payment & Deposit
A valid credit/debit card on file is required for all appointments.
New clients will be sent a payment link and must submit a $50 deposit, which will be applied toward your appointment's total service cost at checkout.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. New clients forfeit their deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours' notice or same day cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.
• No-Shows will not be tolerated. Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior communication will be charged 100% of the service cost. Failure to settle this fee will result in an inability to book future appointments.
• A client is considered a no-show if they have not arrived or made contact within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service based on availability.
• Rescheduling after a no-show or late cancellation may require a new $50 deposit. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in permanent removal from client list.
